These shipping carriers have their own terms and conditions of use. Where applicable you agree to the individual shipping contracts of either UPS or USPS, whichever you are using to have your purchases shipped. This means that the risk of loss or damages caused during shipping is between you and the shipping company. However in the unlikely event of a lost package or if a package is damaged during shipping we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue.
