CBD oil refers to a sublingual tincture of CBD. CBD oil or a tincture is made by mixing CBD extract from a cannabis plant into a base like a hemp seed oil. This amount of THC, even though extremely tiny, can cause a failure of a drug test when a person is using CBD oil.
